		<description>It looks like Zend Studio is your answer.  Zend Studio is free ($399 is for 1 year tech support or something like that) and is the main php ide plug-in for eclipse.  If you navigate through zend's website, they lead you to assume that eclipse's native PDT is, in fact, a bare bones version of Zend.  

Personally, I like Zend Studio because it installs a seperate Eclipse just for php, as opposed to having another version of Eclipse for Silverlight or Flex coding.</description>
